So I was going to post something keying off this morning’s Guardian story about the Russians threatening to dump cheap wheat into the European markets to destabilize them and the EU slapping on tariffs in response and just how incredibly convoluted everything gets when you make food into a commodity and then use it to fight with.

But then this happened and <poof> went my concentration (and most of my angst). There’s nothing quite like that moment of opening the box full of copies of your new book. I’m looking forward to conversations about this one!
